Bible Reading Checklist

Here’s a new chapter checklist for reading through the Bible.  It doesn’t include any kind of a plan for reading, just a list of all the chapters in all the books.  You can go at your own pace, read the books in any order you want, and check off the chapters as you read them.

I fits on one 8 1/2 x 11 sheet folded in half, so it conveniently fits in the pages of an average sized Bible.

  1. Enjoyed running across this blog today. We’ve now added it to the aggregated ‘Indy Bloggers’ feed shown at IndyChristian.com.

I particularly enjoyed this post — it reminded me that this Bible-tracking method is what I used 20 years ago to get started reading through the Bible. Now I’ve been through it many times.

Only 1 or 2 percent of Americans have read through the Bible even once. Is it any wonder Barna says only 4% of Americans hold a biblical worldview? So thank you Dave for leading Christ-followers into this important & helpful spiritual disipline.
