In fact that's how I first defined it a few paragraphs before I wrote "the black guy", which was admittedly paraphrasing. Like you, I'm really not sure if there is anything that we can or should do about it, outside of drawing attention to Jesus. We can do that "at the very least and the very most." (Very well said, by the way.) Anything else probably depends on the calling the Lord places on a given person's life. I feel it's my job to be one of those who remind people of the prophecies of Christ's return. We don't know - and can't know - when that will happen, of course, but the point of the Scriptures is that we always need to be ready. Good to hear from you Mr. Phen! What "action " can we take ? - It seems futile- though to do nothing seems irresponsible. Our world is politically moving very rapidly to fulfill prophecy, though the actions of our government are against the will of the people, is it our job to prevent these things whilst in a democracy, or let the inevitable take it's course? Perhaps no matter what we do things will happen, It's hard to know how much to be involved, but at the very least and the very most, it's about getting people's attention on Jesus, and the kingdom, though the world looms with doom, there is hope in His return.
